This site collects what is worth reading about Power Platform governance. If you would rather have the checks running than read about them, there are two ways to get help from me: ready-made flows, or a person who sets things up with you.

AdminHelper: sleep better while everyone builds in your Power Platform

Over time Microsoft 365 fills up with dozens of apps, flows and Copilot Studio agents. Nobody knows who built what, what has lost its owner and what is shared too openly. AdminHelper is a set of ready-made Power Automate flows that look this up for you and send the results by e-mail.

• The result: an overview instead of a gut feeling. You find the leftovers, meaning apps and flows without an owner, and you see what is shared too openly.
• The start: the import itself takes about 15 minutes. Anything that changes something runs as a dry run first and only reports what it would do.
• The effort: after the import there is nothing to operate. The reports arrive as e-mail.

Start with the free Starter Kit. If you want more, pick Standard or Full, and there is a separate package for the Default environment.

Starter Kit: free

10 flows, standard connectors only. You see for the first time what is really in your Power Platform.

After the first run you have:

• a list of all environments, apps, flows and Copilot agents, by e-mail
• the data policies (DLP) that apply, with a snapshot you can compare later
• a mail as soon as someone creates a new environment
• a warning before storage runs short
• a list of agents that can be reached without sign-in

Good fit if you want to know how things look before you pay anything. The flows change no environments, apps, flows or agents. The only thing they write is a snapshot file into your own SharePoint library.

Standard: CHF 49 (CHF 449 with setup)

35 flows, standard connectors only. You see what is going on, and you clean up.

After the first run you have:

• everything from the Starter Kit
• reports on sharing, connections and agents with too open access
• a daily overview of which flows have failed
• inactive apps and old, disabled flows: reported first, cleaned up only once you have checked the report
• an emergency stop for the flow that runs out of control

Good fit if you run the platform alone or in a small team and want order without checking by hand every week.

Full: CHF 99 (CHF 899 with setup)

51 flows, 16 of them need a Premium licence. You keep owners, roles and solutions in view, even when people leave the company.

After the first run you have:

• everything from Standard
• new owners for orphaned apps and flows, so nothing keeps running without someone responsible
• a check of who holds administrator roles and whether the app roles match your target list; removing stays manual
• a daily backup of the solutions you select, as files in SharePoint
• documentation for all flows, included in the package

Limit: the other 35 flows use standard connectors only, and you can leave the 16 Premium flows switched off. Good fit if you manage several environments or have to reassign owners when people leave.

Default environment package: CHF 79 (CHF 479 with setup)

6 flows, standard connectors only. The Default environment, where everyone builds, gets cleaned up, and nothing is deleted without your approval.

After the first run you have:

• a register of all apps, flows and agents in the Default environment, updated daily
• owners who get a mail with a deadline and a “keep” link
• locking after the deadline, first as a dry run, which can be undone
• deletion only with your approval, with the key facts saved in an archive first
• a weekly report every Monday

Limit: this is not a backup. The archive records name, owner and date, not the app itself. The package never deletes agents. Good fit if your people build in the Default environment and you want to bring order into it without a ban and without chaos.
